Sequence of Operation: SLOW-FAST- SLOW YES 1) Pallet with containers is placed on scale unit 2) Operator positions boom with Filling Lance above opening in container 3) Release Boom Button (automatically locks in position) 4) Depress Cycle Switch: Automatically Tares weight platform Lance descends into container Valves & Nozzle open and product starts to flow. Flow Rate depends on volume of customer’s supply pump and/or gravity feed to filler At Preset Slowdown (usually set at 90-95% of desired weight), the flow is reduced. This slowdown keeps the container from “flashing out” due to too much flow at end of fill and a more accurate fill weight. When desired weight is reached, the valves close and lance retracts from container Operator repositions lance to next container and starts over.
